Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with special needs? We are seeking dedicated
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
and
Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)
to join our team supporting students in school settings. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and other professionals to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and help students achieve meaningful academic, social, and behavioral success.
What You'll Do
+ Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA or BCaBA.
+ Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students with special needs. + Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and skill development. + Collect and document behavioral data accurately and consistently. + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and clinical supervisors to support student success. + Assist students with behavioral, social, communication, and daily living goals as needed. + Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Required
+ Current
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
certification and/or
Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)
credential as required by state regulations. + Must work under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. + Minimum age of 18 years. + Ability to meet all federal, state, local, and client-specific requirements.
Preferred
+ At least one year of experience working with individuals with behavioral needs, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities. + Associate's degree in Behavioral Studies, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field. + Previous experience in a school, clinic, or therapeutic setting.
Additional Requirements
+ Current CPR certification, if required by contract or state regulations. + Current health clearance, TB screening, PPD, or chest X-ray as applicable. + Commitment to maintaining professional standards, ethical practices, and confidentiality.
