Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, bilingual RBT in Rancho Cordova, CA to provide in-home ABA therapy for a very special young man. This position can be part time hours or full time hours, depending on RBT availability. Expected hours will be approximately 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday, up to 35 hours available each week. The RBT will work with an individual with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) in both community and home settings.
Duties:
Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans Collect and record data on observable client behavior Assist in the development of care plans Provide direct patient care in one-on-one settings Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients Support clients with behavioral therapy interventions Manage challenging behaviors effectively
Qualifications:
Current, active RBT certification with the BACB Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies Knowledge of data collection methods and tools Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families Proficiency in behavior management techniques Bilingual (English-Spanish) This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
