This is an excellent opportunity to support high school students while collaborating with educational teams, developing behavior intervention strategies, and providing supervision and support to behavioral staff across campus programs.

$85/hour Full-Time School-Year Assignment Assignment Overview BCBAs will be assigned to one of four high school campuses: Mt. Pleasant High School Independence High School Yerba Buena High School Andrew P. Hill High School Each BCBA will support a caseload of approximately 40-50 students and provide behavioral consultation, intervention planning, and staff support within their assigned campus. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and school staff Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed Train and support educational staff on behavior management strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral practices Qualifications Active BCBA Certification Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field School-based experience preferred Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges preferred Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills Why Join Amergis? The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.
Minimum Requirements:
