Job Description

About DSP At Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP Health), we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, and Child Psychiatry services through a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. We deliver individualized, high-quality care while creating a supportive environment where team members can grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Role Overview As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a clinic-based and/or home-based setting. This role is responsible for implementing treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting skill development across communication, social, play, and daily living domains. Paid training and clinical supervision are provided, including support toward RBT certification.
Qualifications Availability:
Must be available Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM . Candidates with broader availability are also welcome to apply. High school diploma or equivalent required Enrollment in or completion of a degree program preferred; psychology, child development, education, or related fields strongly preferred Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children and interest in behavioral or developmental services Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team Ability to attend trainings and work at assigned clinic locations on a consistent, timely basis Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including floor-based activities, active movement, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
