Key qualifications:

Active National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience in a school setting or working with high school students strongly preferred Comfortable providing 1:1 intervention and behavioral support for students on the autism spectrum Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Immediate availability to start and able to commit to a month-to-month contract Primary responsibilities: Deliver direct, individualized behavioral support based on student-specific IEP goals and BCBA guidance Track and document progress, behavioral data, and intervention outcomes Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the supervising BCBA to optimize student participation and progress within the high school environment Maintain the highest professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practice at all times Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required This role is fully onsite and provides a structured, engaging environment with professional supervision.
