Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Palo Alto and surrounding areas. • 29/hr depending on experience Part-time and full-time hours available Flexible scheduling — afternoons/evenings preferred In-home and community-based sessions ——————————————

RESPONSIBILITIES

—————————————— Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community settings Collect accurate data on client goals and progress Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and families ——————————————

REQUIREMENTS

—————————————— RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we can support you!) Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must pass background check Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred ——————————————
