- RBT•Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)•Fremont, CA Soliant Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time school-based position in Fremont, California.
Position Details:
- Location: Fremont, CA
- District: New Haven Unified School District
- Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Schedule: Full-Time / Full School Year
- Hours: Approximately 30-32 hours per week
- Caseload: Elementary-aged student
- Setting: Mild/Moderate Special Day Class (SDC)
- Start Date: ASAP / Upon completion of onboarding :
- Provide direct behavioral support to an elementary-aged student.
- Work within a Mild/Moderate SDC setting.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and collect behavioral data as directed.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other members of the school team.
- BCBA supervision will be provided directly by the district.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred.
- Candidate must complete district fingerprinting and onboarding in addition to Soliant onboarding requirements.
- Candidates must be available and willing to interview onsite.

Hunter Coleman Soliant Education Compensation for this position ranges from $23.80 to $43.80. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
