  • Position Overview We're seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, support families, and mentor clinical staff.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as needed. Provide parent coaching, education, and ongoing clinical support. Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development. Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field. Current BCBA certification (or applicable state licensure, where required). 3+ years of ABA clinical experience. Experience supervising and developing clinical staff. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a commitment to high-quality client care.
