Job Description

Forte Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in a collaborative, evidence-based setting. As an RBT, you will implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by a BCBA, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include accurate data collection, adherence to treatment protocols, and active participation in supervision and training. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and families to support meaningful, lasting behavioral change. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents under BCBA supervision Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy Collect and record session data using electronic systems to track client progress Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill acquisition programs Follow treatment protocols to address communication, social, and adaptive skills Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and families to support treatment goals Maintain client safety and adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision for ongoing skill development Communicate session updates and progress notes to supervisors and caregivers Support generalization of skills across home, clinic, and community settings Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan implementation Data collection and electronic documentation Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Functional communication training Crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams HIPAA-compliant documentation Basic computer and EMR/software proficiency
