9679980-80525 Job Description Step into a dynamic role supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a contract position. Youll play a key part in promoting positive behavioral change district-wide, working closely with building staff and providing expertise where its needed most. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a scheduled end date of May 26, 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Colorado Colorado Department of Education (CDE) authorization on hand Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred Strong background in behavioral assessments and positive behavioral supports Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) effectively Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Commitment to working onsite only; remote or hybrid options are not available

Responsibilities:

Serve as a district-wide resource supporting staff in multiple school sites (K-12) Offer expertise for Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Provide ongoing support for district autism and behavior programs Supervise and guide two RBTs, ensuring quality care and compliance Collaborate with educators and administrators to develop and implement best behavioral practices Deliver hands-on support to building staff, with no direct student caseload This position offers the chance to make a district-wide impact, collaborating with professionals who are dedicated to student success.
