Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct support to students, encouraging positive behaviors and skill development Accurately document sessions, progress, and notable student achievements Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and organizational guidelines Participate in meetings and training sessions as required
