In this role, youll collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other educational team members. Desired Qualifications:

Valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification Experience providing ABA therapy or implementing behavioral interventions with children or adolescents Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting Ability to follow therapy plans and work collaboratively within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping every student succeed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one or small group ABA therapy to students in school settings Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA Monitor and record student progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors and skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students IEP goals Participate in team meetings and proactive problem-solving for student support Youll enjoy an opportunity to grow your professional skill set, contribute to student achievement, and be part of a dedicated, caring educational community.
