Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate BCBA to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to provide services across multiple settings, including in-home, clinic, and a farm environment that supports naturalistic teaching, social development, and hands on learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists Provide direct and indirect ABA services in home, clinic, and farm-based settings Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure carryover of skills across environments Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism and related disorders Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Current state licensure (if applicable in Connecticut) Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines Experience supervising RBTs preferred

From $60.00 per hour
