Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' developmental goals Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Collect and record detailed data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to therapy sessions to inform ongoing care plans Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts and team members to develop and modify individualized treatment plans Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills and managing challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement techniques Maintain accurate documentation, behavioral records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes trust, engagement, and motivation for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Skills understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in educational or clinical settings Ability to assist with ADLs and implement care plans effectively Excellent data collection skills to track client progress accurately Effective teaching and communication skills tailored to diverse learning needs Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward behavioral health and behavior management challenges Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care, innovative therapies, and dedicated teamwork.
