Registered Behavior Technician ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Ridgefield, CT Job Details Full-time $28 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications RBT Certification Full Job Description $28-$30/hour | Full-Time | Elementary School | 1:1 Support | Immediate Start We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide dedicated 1:1 support to an elementary school student. This is an immediate-start opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students and providing consistent behavioral and educational support throughout the school day. The RBT will work one-on-one with the assigned student to support participation in classroom activities, follow established behavior strategies, reinforce positive behaviors, assist with transitions and daily routines, and help the student remain engaged in instruction. The position may also involve collecting behavioral data and communicating observations with the classroom and behavioral support team.
