We offer flexibility with creating your own schedule to see clients and have time for paperwork. We prioritize the quality of services we offer, so we work with our BCBA's to meet the needs of our clients while also creating a schedule that works for them. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing patient care. Why work with us? We value honesty and open communication while promoting a healthy work/life balance. 2 Available Positions $55.00 - $70.00/hour Full time, CENTER, Southington, CT Part time, IN-HOME, Southington and surrounding area, CT ~10 hours/week Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis. Implement behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Supervise and provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake processes for new clients to assess their needs effectively. Collaborate with special education teams to support students with disabilities in educational settings. Skills Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Strong experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities. Knowledge of patient care practices and patient assessment protocols. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members. Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices related to individuals with disabilities. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
