Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational environment Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and organized in a fast-paced setting Professional approach adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students under BCBA supervision Assist with collecting data on student behaviors, documenting progress, and updating records Implement individualized intervention plans and reinforcement strategies Support classroom routines and promote a positive learning atmosphere Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student goals and progress Participate in training and team meetings to advance your skills
