The Role:
This is a center-based Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role serving children with an age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on: Center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy Communication, social, and daily living skills Natural environment and play-based learning In-person BCBA support and supervision
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing center-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implementing treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Maintaining accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting Teaching life skills and supporting children's development Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development Ensuring compliance with BACB and company standards
Qualifications:
Required Fluent in English High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Genuine interest in working actively and playfully with young children Reliable transportation to and from the center Preferred but Not Required Experience working with children Experience with developmental disabilities College coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related field
Physical Requirements:
