About the
Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Champions ABA
  • CT, you will be responsible for delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to our clients in a home-based setting.
You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with ASD and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients in a home-based setting Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and other team members Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure consistency and continuity of care Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Development) Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification 1+ year of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
