Job Description

We're seeking an experienced BCBA to support our school program in Wilmington. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity working with students who benefit from structured behavioral and cognitive support.

Schedule:

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:15

PM Setting:

Onsite only

Program & Student Population:

K-8th grade students Moderate to severe cognitive needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral oversight and program development Conduct assessments and guide behavior intervention strategies Support staff with implementation of behavior plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Monitor progress and ensure effective data collection

Requirements:
