Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for: Assessing clients and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs Supervising and training behavior analysts and assistants to ensure high-quality therapy services Providing parent training and education to empower families to support their child's development Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans for clients Maintaining accurate records and data to track client progress
