RBT CERTIFICATE IS A MUST
! (30 hours a week) Hillard FL Monday
Friday 2:00pm
7:00pm & Saturday 10:00am
4:00pm We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapists to provide specialized behavioral therapy services to persons with developmental disabilities, including autism.
The ideal candidate will implement evidence-based interventions, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and support clients in achieving their individualized care goals. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families through patient-centered care and behavioral health expertise. Responsibilities Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy tailored to each child's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior management Promoting independence and functional skills Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress and behavior changes for ongoing treatment planning Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring consistency across settings Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment logs, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational staff to support generalization of skills across environments Monitor client safety during sessions and adhere to all safety protocols and ethical standards in behavioral health Requirements RBT Certification mandatory Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and special education principles Ability to collect and interpret data accurately for progress tracking and treatment adjustments Strong teaching skills with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities Prior experience working within behavioral health or patient care settings is desirable Certification or training in behavioral therapy or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory This position is integral to supporting the growth and development of children through evidence-based interventions.
