Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise, train, and provide ongoing clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Oversee the delivery of ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community environments as applicable.
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and make data-driven treatment modifications.
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other members of the client's interdisciplinary care team.
Provide clinical guidance and ensure treatment programs are implemented with fidelity.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable ethical, clinical, and payer requirements.
Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration, consultation, and professional development.
QualificationsActive BCBA certification required.
Experience providing ABA services in a clinic, home, school, or community setting preferred but not required.
Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary professionals.
Experience with Medicaid and/or TRICARE credentialing is a strong plus.
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting salary: $80,000+ annually, based on experience and billable-hour level.
Tiered compensation structure for BCBAs with 1+ year of certification and varying billable-hour levels.$2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months.$1,500 CEU reimbursement, including eligible conference travel expenses.
Mileage reimbursement for required travel.
