This is NOT an entry-level position — we are looking for a professional who is comfortable and experienced working with older kids and teens, and ready to hit the ground running. Required Qualifications (no exceptions): Active RBT certification through the BACB Prior hands-on RBT experience — specifically working with older children and/or adolescents Full English proficiency (spoken and written) — this role requires strong English communication Active Medicaid provider enrollment High school diploma / GED, 18+ Current CPR / First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a Level 2 background check (Florida) Preferred /

A Plus:

Experience with adolescent behaviors, social skills, and age-appropriate reinforcement Comfort managing larger/older clients and de-escalation with teens Experience with functional communication and daily-living / independence goals

Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for an older child / teen Collect accurate session data and complete timely, compliant session notes Communicate professionally with the family and clinical team Maintain HIPAA compliance
