Job Type:

Contract (1099) We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and/or School-based ABA therapy services in the Davenport area.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Provide 1:1 therapy sessions with clients Collect accurate session data and maintain detailed records Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Maintain professionalism and follow ethical guidelines

Requirements:

Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently in a contractor role
