Part-time, Full-time Job Description:

General Clinical Responsibilities (All Settings) Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) to identify client needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs Analyze ongoing data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven clinical decisions Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and direct care staff in compliance with BACB requirements Ensure ethical practice in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code and funding source guidelines Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and reauthorizations Clinic-Based Services Oversee delivery of intensive ABA services within a structured clinic environment Model and coach evidence-based teaching strategies such as DTT, NET, task analysis, and prompting procedures Monitor treatment fidelity and provide in-the-moment coaching to staff during sessions Support transitions between activities and programs while addressing maladaptive behaviors Collaborate with clinical leadership to support program development and clinic-wide initiatives Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and school personnel to support student success Develop and implement behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals and classroom expectations Provide consultation and staff training to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management strategies Support inclusion, peer interaction, and generalization of skills across school routines Participate in school meetings, observations, and data reviews as required In-Home Services Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and independence within the home environment Design and implement ABA programs targeting functional communication, self-help, and daily living skills Support families with behavior management strategies during naturally occurring routines (e.g., meals, bedtime, community outings) Collaborate with caregivers to identify meaningful goals and ensure consistency of interventions Provide coaching and support to RBTs working in home-based settings Professional Collaboration & Leadership Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Provide clinical support during challenging behavior episodes as needed Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders, is highly desirable. Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, and behavioral therapy techniques. Familiarity with behavioral health practices and the ability to apply evidence-based interventions effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience managing medical records is essential. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
