Choices Behavioral Health

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description

Choices Behavioral Health (CBH) is looking to expand our compassionate and innovative team. We are seeking a collaborative and creative BCBA dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality ABA services. CBH is a small, center-based company focused on evidence-based, meaningful care. We value collaboration, communication, and clinical integrity over rigid productivity expectations. Billable hours are part of our work, but they are not the driving focus of clinical decision-making or culture. We prioritize ethical, client-centered care and a sustainable work environment. BCBAs are supported in recommending treatment hours based on clinical need rather than clinic scheduling demands. We also strongly encourage thoughtful generalization planning, including transitioning skills into the home and community when appropriate, as well as gradually reducing service hours as clients progress and gain independence. Every voice matters at CBH — from our newest RBTs to our administrative staff, clinicians, and the families we support. We maintain a team culture grounded in respect, openness, and shared problem-solving. We also offer flexibility in helping BCBAs build caseloads and schedules that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with both client outcomes and work-life balance.
