Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support clients in reaching their individualized goals.

Requirements:

Current RBT Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (required) Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care Why Join Us?
