Pay is $20 to $30 per hour. About D&M Behavioral Solutions We are a South Florida ABA provider serving children with autism and their families in their homes and communities. We are locally owned, and the people running the company started out doing your job. We invest in our technicians with mentorship, training, and a supportive team culture, and we treat you as an employee, not a gig worker. A day in the life of an RBT at D&M You will work directly with your clients in their homes, running the ABA programs your supervising BCBA has designed to build communication, social, and daily living skills. You collect data during each session so the BCBA can see what is working, and you keep a consistent schedule so families can count on you. You will collaborate with caregivers and the rest of the team so everyone is working toward the same goals. Along the way you will take part in ongoing training and get regular supervision from your BCBA. What we are looking for An active RBT credential in good standing and an active Medicaid provider ID with an NPI linked to it are required. You should have experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the ethical standards set by the BACB. You need reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other designated locations. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
