Together, our school and ABA center serve students ages 4 to 21 with all levels of needs , including Autism, Down syndrome, and other exceptionalities. With school and clinical services under one roof, you'll see how the skills students practice carry into everyday life. We offer:

Structured training to help you work toward RBT certification within 90 days Daily mentorship from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Hands-on learning in school and clinic settings A supportive team you can turn to for questions, feedback, and encouragement What You'll Do As you complete training and develop your skills, you'll work under clinical supervision to: Support students one on one in school and clinical environments Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Help students build communication, social, and daily living skills Collect data and document progress Collaborate with teachers and clinical staff Support students through challenging moments and celebrate their accomplishments Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children and young adults across all levels of need Brings patience, empathy, and a dependable work ethic Is willing to learn, accept feedback, and follow clinical guidance Understands that progress takes consistency and teamwork Is committed to working toward RBT certification within 90 days This work can be challenging, and some students need significant behavioral support. Your willingness to stay engaged, learn, and show up consistently matters.
