Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician working full-time with a focus on supporting students in a specialized educational environment near Athens, GA. This position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 3pm, totaling 35 hours each week. You'll work 1:1 with a student demonstrating behavioral challenges in a GNETS classroom setting, providing critical support and guidance. Ideal candidates bring their RBT certification and extensive experience supporting students displaying challenging or aggressive behaviors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Demonstrated experience working 1:1 with students displaying behavioral or developmental needs Strong background in behavior intervention, preferably in a classroom or specialized school setting Experience handling aggressive behaviors with calm, effective intervention strategies Ability to adapt instructional approaches to individual student needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with teachers and support staff Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Role Responsibilities:
