Clinic Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description

We are looking for a collaborative and clinically strong BCBA to lead individualized, ethical, and family-centered ABA services for children and families in our local clinic. What You Will Do Complete client assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and clinically necessary program updates. Develop individualized ABA programs based on client needs, assessment results, and ongoing data. Analyze clinical data and make programming adjustments based on client progress and treatment integrity. Provide ongoing supervision, training, and practical feedback to RBTs and BTs. Provide caregiver guidance and support families in implementing effective strategies across settings. Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other appropriate providers to promote continuity of care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with payer, organizational, and regulatory requirements. Support authorization requests, utilization reviews, and other clinical documentation as needed. Manage assigned caseload responsibilities while proactively communicating clinical barriers, concerns, and risks. Practice in accordance with BACB ethical standards and all applicable Georgia licensure requirements. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Active GA LBA. Live in or within 50 miles of GA. Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans. Experience supervising and training RBTs, BTs, or other direct-care staff. Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered ABA services.
