Make a Difference Every Day Lotus Forward Behavioral Therapy is seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will play a vital role in helping clients build meaningful life skills and reach their full potential.
