Job Description

BCBA - New McDonough Clinic | Up to $120K + $10K Relocation Assistance Fiesta Health is growing across Georgia, and we're looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help us launch and build our new McDonough clinic . This is an opportunity to join a growing organization at the ground level of a new location, help shape the clinical culture, support a strong team of RBTs, and make a meaningful impact for young children and their families. Make Your Move Worthwhile Base Salary:
$90,000/year
Total Compensation:
Up to $120,000/year , including bonus opportunities
Bilingual Incentive:
Additional $5,000/year for BCBAs fluent in English and Spanish who can support our Spanish-speaking families
Relocation Assistance:
Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating to

McDonough, Georgia Client Population:
Early Intervention | Ages 1-6 If you're ready for a new opportunity and a move to Georgia, we want to make the transition as seamless as possible. Qualified candidates may receive up to $10,000 in relocation assistance to help support their move and get established in the McDonough area. Applicants must reside in Georgia by their start date and hold an active Georgia LBA or be eligible to obtain an LBA within 30 days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a BCBA at Fiesta Health, you'll have the opportunity to focus on high-quality clinical care, team development, and meaningful outcomes. Provide clinical oversight and individualized treatment planning Train, supervise, mentor, and support RBTs Evaluate and analyze graphical data to guide clinical decision-making Make timely, data-driven program modifications Collaborate with families and team members to support client progress Help establish a strong clinical culture as our McDonough location grows And yes— train, supervise, and support RBTs.
