Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities across clinic, home, school, and community settings. In this mission-driven, client-focused role, you will implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs, using evidence-based ABA strategies such as discrete trial training and natural environment teaching. You will collect and record accurate data, maintain detailed session notes, and collaborate closely with BCBAs, clinicians, and families. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities across clinic, home, school, or community settings. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs. Accurately collect, record, and report behavior and skill acquisition data for each session. Follow evidence-based ABA procedures including DTT, NET, and reinforcement strategies. Maintain client safety, uphold ethical standards, and follow all organizational policies. Collaborate closely with BCBAs, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals. Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers, providing session updates as directed by the BCBA. Prepare session materials and maintain organized, timely documentation in clinical systems. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback to build ABA competencies. Contribute to a compassionate, mission-driven culture focused on quality care and positive outcomes.
