What You Bring Required Qualifications:

Active BCBA® certification and state licensure (if required). Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Reliable transportation. Clear background check.

Bonus Points:

Experience supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®). Proficiency in assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AIM, PEAK). Skills in caregiver education. Hands-on experience with autistics. Creative, solution-focused approach to treatment plans. Build Something Remarkable with Us !

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
