Job Shop is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a growing nonprofit organization dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of children and families across Southeast Georgia.
Pay:
$75k - $83K + quarterly bonus

We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is eager to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly certified BCBA or someone with a few years of experience who wants extensive mentorship, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment. Unlike many BCBA roles, you won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. You'll receive individualized coaching, one-on-one support, and regular observations from experienced clinical leadership to help you build confidence and succeed in your career. BCBA:
Required Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, compassionate, and collaborative approach Must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the clinic locations in Southeast Georgia Preferred Less than three years of BCBA experience Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and clinical documentation Passion for learning, mentorship, and continuous professional development Work Environment This is a primarily remote position with occasional travel to clinic locations throughout Southeast Georgia. Most work is completed remotely, with travel required to support assigned clinic locations. Candidates may travel between up to three clinics, although accommodations can be made based on geographic location. Corporate meetings are held only 2-3 times per year , and travel stipends are provided for those meetings. Virtual interviews are offered, with the option to visit a clinic during the interview process if desired.
