In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through comprehensive assessments, data-driven strategies, and collaborative care. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique profile Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments, including intake procedures for new clients Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and functional assessment techniques Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and support clients through behavioral intervention strategies Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family education Join us if you're eager to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to empower children with developmental disabilities.
