Job Description

Bring your expertise in behavior analysis to a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting elementary school students in a vibrant educational setting near Arlington Heights, IL. As a valued member of the school-based team, youll provide essential behavioral services and guidance designed to promote student growth and success, working collaboratively with educators and families.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Valid Illinois licensure for Board Certified Behavior Analysts Experience working in school settings preferred, especially at the elementary level Familiarity with state and district compliance standards for behavior support plans Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying caseload needs across multiple schools
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior assessment and intervention services to elementary students across several schools within the district Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring progress and documenting outcomes Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students behavioral and academic success Provide training and consultation for classroom staff in applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies Ensure all documentation meets ethical, professional, state, and district guidelines Maintain a full-time onsite schedule, traveling between assigned elementary school locations as needed Benefits include competitive weekly compensation, along with access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan to support your future.
