Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - District-Wide School Support Position | Carpentersville, IL Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to support students and school teams? Soliant is seeking a Full-Time BCBA to provide behavioral support services throughout the Carpentersville, Illinois area. This district-wide role offers the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff while helping create positive outcomes for students across multiple school settings.
Position Details:
Full-Time Position (1.0 FTE)
District-Wide School-Based Assignment Location:
Carpentersville, IL Area Support students and staff across multiple schools within the district Must maintain an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Role Responsibilities:
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide behavioral consultation and guidance to school teams Assist educators with implementing effective, evidence-based behavioral strategies Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and related service providers Provide training and support to staff working with students with behavioral needs Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions Help ensure consistent behavioral supports are implemented throughout the district
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Experience supporting students in educational settings preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school-based teams
