Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Take on a rewarding contract assignment supporting young learners through expert behavioral intervention! This role is crafted for Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are experienced and passionate about providing behavioral support in a dynamic school environment. The assignment spans from mid-August 2026 to early June 2027, primarily focused on PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. The position offers a hybrid format, with a blend of on-site work and schedule flexibility.
Key Qualifications:
Current, active BCBA certification required Previous experience providing behavior management for young children in educational settings Ability to conduct in-person classroom observations Willingness to complete an in-person background check (processing time may take between 2-6 weeks depending on season) Comfortable rotating between different classrooms each quarter Adaptable and resourceful with schedule flexibility for hybrid work (minimum 3 days on-site)
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior support and coaching to PreK and Kindergarten educators and students Conduct thorough classroom observations, gathering data and assessing behavior interventions Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and refine behavior management strategies Provide ongoing training and assistance to classroom teams Rotate between assigned classrooms, ensuring consistent, high-quality behavioral support and consultation Maintain clear, timely documentation of services and progress If you're eager to make a meaningful impact at the start of your career year and enjoy a setting that values expertise and flexibility, this opportunity is the perfect fit.
