Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Contract / Consulting Catalyst ABA Therapy, Inc. | Southern Illinois | Contract (1099) Catalyst ABA Therapy is expanding into southern Illinois and looking for an experienced BCBA to join us as a contracted provider. This role involves consultation and behavior support with educational partners in the region. It's a great fit for a BCBA who wants flexible, meaningful work outside a traditional clinic model. What You'll Do Provide behavior-analytic consultation and support in educational settings Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to build effective, sustainable strategies Provide training and guidance to support staff in implementing plans Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing Ability to meet Illinois licensure/credentialing requirements for behavior analysts At least 2 years of experience managing an ABA caseload Reliable transportation and ability to travel within southern Illinois Preferred Experience working in or consulting with schools Experience with FBAs and behavior plans in educational settings Strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams

Details Compensation:

Competitive contract rate, commensurate with experience

$50.00 - $78.00 per hour
