Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing individualized behavioral assessments for high school students, specifically supporting those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs Offering evidence-based strategies and recommendations to staff to facilitate student learning and promote a positive school environment Consulting regularly with educators and support staff to ensure consistent application of behavior supports Monitoring student progress, making data-driven decisions, and adjusting plans as needed to maximize student success Ideal candidates bring: Active BCBA certification Previous experience working with high school-aged students, especially those diagnosed with ASD Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, aides, and administrators Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and recommendations A proactive, flexible approach to meeting evolving educational and behavioral needs This per diem role is perfect for professionals looking to make a direct impact in the school community while enjoying the potential for expanded hours over time.
