Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active BCBA certification Experience (or strong interest) in school-based settings, preferably with early childhood populations Strong communication and organizational abilities Skillful in conducting behavioral evaluations and facilitating team meetings Adaptability and an eagerness to learn in new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations for early childhood students Conduct and lead team meetings to discuss student progress and develop behavior intervention strategies Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support student needs Maintain precise documentation and data on interventions and outcomes
