9681638-60073 Job Description Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make an impact supporting high school students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This per diem opportunity, located near Round Lake, IL, is ideal for someone passionate about providing essential behavioral support and collaborating directly with educational staff. The position is currently per diem, with the potential for expanded hours as a strong working relationship is established. The assignment runs from October 2026 through May 28, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification and good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working in school settings, particularly with high school-aged students Strong background supporting youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, staff, and parents Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and develop tailored behavioral strategies Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to a dynamic school environment

Key Duties:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for high school students diagnosed with ASD Develop, recommend, and model evidence-based behavior intervention plans for staff implementation Offer real-time strategies and guidance to teachers and support staff, helping address student needs and maximize learning outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate records of assessments, recommendations, and interventions provided Serve as a behavioral resource, delivering expertise and practical solutions to staff This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and school staff while working in a flexible per diem capacitywith the possibility for additional hours if its a great fit.
