The role begins as soon as possible and continues through May 28th, offering a consistent schedule and the chance to see your efforts support student success over the school year. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, youll collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure best practices in behavioral support are implemented school-wide.

Qualifications:

Active licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience working in an educational setting is preferred Comprehensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work full time through the end of the school term Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional growth

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans Providing direct support to students and facilitating skill acquisition Training and coaching teachers and staff in implementing behavior strategies Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed Maintaining all required documentation and adhering to ethical standards This is your chance to make a genuine difference in a vibrant school community, guiding students toward greater independence and achievement.
