$55.00 - $70.00 per hour Job type: Full-time, Part-time Work location: Hybrid remote in West Dundee, IL 60118 Job description: Spicer Exceptional Therapies is a joyful, family-centered ABA practice helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities shine. We're looking for a BCBA to design and oversee individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavior change, independence, and quality of life — all in a supportive, growth-oriented environment with hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, behavioral assessments, and intake assessments to determine eligibility and set treatment goals Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based intervention plans for children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect and analyze data to track progress, document measurable outcomes, and adjust treatment plans Train and collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams on behavior management strategies Provide ongoing care through regular evaluations, progress reports, and plan adjustments Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation and medical records
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification Deep knowledge of ABA, behavioral therapy techniques, and diagnostic evaluation methods Proven experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder Strong data collection, analysis, and clinical documentation skills Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA, and confidential records management Patience, empathy, and excellent communication with families, educators, and care teams
