Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analysis Join Optimal Care Therapy in Illinois We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analysis to join our team at Optimal Care Therapy. As a leading provider of in-home therapy services for children with autism ages 0-15, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful impact in our clients' lives. About the
Role:
As a Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, supervising a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote growth, development, and independence for our clients. This position is hybrid based, with majority of the responsibilities in a remote manner. In person services will be determined based on availability and travel distance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each child's unique needs and goals Supervise and mentor BCBAs to ensure high-quality services and professional growth Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve service delivery and outcomes Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related fields
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Illinois LBA license required Minimum 3+ years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles and practices Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a leadership role
