Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to children and adolescents under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and help clients build greater independence across home, school, and community settings. Key Duties Provide one-on-one behavioral and developmental support based on individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under BCBA supervision. Teach communication, social, adaptive, academic, and daily-living skills. Collect accurate and timely data on client progress and behavior. Use positive reinforcement and other approved behavior-support strategies. Assist with implementing behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs. Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the care team. Maintain accurate session documentation and follow organizational policies and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development. Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology, education, special education, or a related field is a plus. Current RBT certification or willingness and eligibility to obtain RBT certification. Ability to complete required background checks and training. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping children and families. Ability to follow treatment plans, receive feedback, and work effectively as part of a team. Reliable transportation and the ability to work in the settings required for client services, if applicable. Previous experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, ABA, education, or behavioral health is preferred but not always required. Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
