Role:

As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy IN, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA Therapy Providing Parent Training to empower families to continue therapy at home Supervising and mentoring junior therapists to ensure quality care Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Responsibilities:
